PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location:

- Canada: 10-20 business days
- Europe: 10-20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12-25 business days
- Other International: 10-25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may be affected by factors including customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For international orders, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@shophaven.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 7 days of delivery (for damaged items). We will work with you to resolve the issue.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at support@shophaven.com.
